Kevin Jackson bass player soon Mike Ahumada Jeff Silverberg Cory Silverberg Gary Ackerman Well, it all started in a sleepy little town called San Clemente. We were just some young lads messing around with shitty instruments. Originally the band was under the name of SWORN and we played a few shows around Orange County. Jeff Silverberg on drums, Casey Roberts on bass, Kevin Jackson on vocals, Cory Silverberg on guitar, and Mike Ahumada on guitar. We were just stoked that we could mesh our sounds together and make it sound halfway decent. There was a six song demo that floated around and helped us to play a few shows. Unfortunately after about 6 months or so there was an incident involving The Roxy up in LA. After that Mike Ahumada left the band for a period of about 8 months. In that time he played guitar for a thrash metal band called Grim Reality that fizzled out. For some reason or another the original band got back together in March of 2001. A better style of music was then formed and songs began to be written under the name of GONE WITHOUT TRACE. John Balicanta, a friend who is in the band LOLA CORIN, then helped us to record a 2 song demo that shows the evolving style that was begining to take shape. All the members came back together though, but Cory, who still jams and remains a good companion to the band. But now, Casey has departed ways with the band. A replacement will be found soon. Also, Cory is playing guitar permanently.
